Customers that benefit from the service typically have stocking needs and place large recurring orders.  These customers are looking for damage-free deliveries, a consistent transportation fee, and communication from our driver with ETA updates so they can be prepared to receive the delivery.  This brings a peace of mind that may not come with LTL deliveries in regards to product condition, communication and arrival.

In its simplest form – A Routes are for the northern half of the United States, and B Routes are for the southern half.

Common products that are delivered on the transport trucks may include long length, heavy, odd-sized products such as stop molding, hanger angle, retainers, struts, LiftMaster operators and rails, and all other fragile products that require great care during handling.  We pride ourselves on the full process from loading the trucks in a manner that makes unloading efficient, and having drivers who are there to help ensure your order is delivered correctly. Please note that we are working on expanding the amount of products that are available for A-TECH delivery. If you have a question on a particular product, just ask your Regional Account Manager.

Our routes cover the majority of the continental United States (east of the Rocky Mountains), and will be expanding to include the west coast.

There is a $1,500 order minimum for the truck delivery and a flat-rate transportation fee when the order minimum is met.  The fee has less fluctuation than a fuel surcharge that others in the industry may charge. If you have an order for truck delivery that comes in under $1,500, there is an additional ‘under minimum’ fee applied to the order.  With the A-TECH delivery service there is no limit to how much you can order with each order, and there are no added charges for long length product or total order weight.  This gives our customers flexibility to control their costs and map the frequency of their truck deliveries.

Currently our warehouses in Palmer, PA and St. Louis, MO are actively distributing product with white-glove service via transport trucks. The trucks also pick-up products from 5 other strategically located warehouses across the country that include garage door parts historically offered by Action Industries.

Yes, we send out email reminders to customers the week prior to delivery for our two dedicated delivery routes.
