With 20 years of experience in the industry and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, I’ve built my career by prioritizing trust and strong relationships. I grew up on Long Island, NY and learned the value of teamwork, discipline and dedication at an early age, with family in the industry. I believe in finding answers and making things right when mistakes happen, and in going above and beyond—like personally delivering products or assisting with delivery routes—to ensure my customers’ trust is earned time and time again

With over 10 years in the industry, I bring a wealth of experience and a passion for problem-solving as well as always prioritizing my customers’ needs. Originally from Elyria, OH, I now reside in North Ridgeville, OH, with my family. Outside of work, I’m a Cleveland sports fanatic, husband, and dad of two!
Tyler Wynn
I’ve been in the door industry for a solid 14 years now. Hailing from Cleveland and Sullivan, Ohio, I like to say I’m a city boy turned country living. When it comes to business, I’m all about finding solutions while keeping things light and fun along the way. I’m a proud dad to two young daughters, and they pretty much run my world. Outside of work, you can catch me golfing, riding motorcycles and dirt bikes, or playing softball.

With 25 years of garage door industry experience, I’m dedicated to solving problems and ensuring customer satisfaction. Brian Reams
I’ve been in the industry for three years, and am currently serving as an Account Manager. My journey started in Oakland, MD, where I worked as an Outdoor Lawn and Garden Associate at Lowes before diving into sales with Action. I’m passionate about ensuring customer satisfaction, even if it means personally handling urgent orders to guarantee accuracy and timely delivery. Based in Sanford, FL, my personal life revolves around basketball and spending time with my family: my parents, Clark and Sue, and my sister Rachel. I’m fueled by a desire for self-improvement, both in my career and personal pursuits.

With 24 years of industry experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Originally hailing from North Iowa, I now call Kansas home, where I enjoy spending time with my family and tackling home improvement projects.

After working with Action for over 30 years, I see myself as not just a vendor, but a partner, who is here to solve problems and build lasting relationships. Outside of work, I call Phoenix, AZ, home, where I live with my wife of 30 years, our wonderful daughter, and a beautiful granddaughter. When I’m not working or spending time with my family, you can catch me binging shows like “Yellowstone” or tuning into sports radio.
